Work Description

- Owned the end-to-end Tag Mobi AI platform (UI, agent runtime, tool integrations, observability) and shipped it across 15 product teams; scaled to ˜1,000 users handling ˜5K–10K chat messages/day with tool executions and streaming responses. - Built Business Central tool-calling for work orders, assets, and job requests with role-based permissions, approval gates, and audit logs; added guardrails (JSON schemas, validation, allowlists, confirmations) for safe, traceable actions. - Implemented RAG + per-user memory to ground answers in company/industry context and reduce hallucinations; built offline test sets + replay evaluation to track quality regressions (Recall@k, acceptance rate, helpfulness). - Designed a canvas workflow builder with triggers (Business Central/email notifications) and nodes for tool actions + sandboxed code execution, enabling drag-and-drop automation and complex calculations
